We want you to be happy with your TrustLocal listing. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for our sales. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@trustlocal.co.za and we'll help arrange it with Paddle.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your monthly listing at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing. Your listing will remain live until the end of the current paid period.
Renewals
Monthly renewal charges are outside the 30-day money-back window, but if there was a billing error or you cancelled and were charged anyway, contact us and we'll make it right.
